但是收容了公辉的学园里存在着一种以高强魔力彼此竞争的比赛。

That day, I was washed off in a river of light...
The witness to that light is Kouki Orima, a young boy whose life so far been perfectly ordinary.
He finds himself invited to another world...

Kouki is engulfed by the light, and when he opens his eyes, he sees before him an unknown land and an academy floating in the sky.

No, this is not the ordinary world in which Kouki has lived his whole life so far... This is an enchanted world, where magic determines one’s place in society.

He meets a girl named Akina Randoll, who bears a striking resemblance to a girl he’s long admired. Through this encounter, Kouki is taken in as a steward for the academy where the elite sorcerers-in-training assemble.

In this world where the hierarchy is determined by one’s magical ability, the magicless Kouki expects to live the rest of his days in darkness.

But at the academy, there is a contest where sorcerers put their magical powers to the test.

The magical synergy contest known as Rave.

Little does Kouki know that when he teams up with the mysterious girl, that contest will change his fate.
